We are conveniently located just 2 miles North of Lampasas, Texas right off Highway 281.

Easy come and go access.

No long dirt roads to travel down.

Our driveways are smooth and wide enough for 85ft. plus rigs to navigate.

There are NO low hanging trees in the path of setting up or parking. The land is flat and level as possible. Note: the area will be sprayed for for insects prior to the event.

We will have a 40ft. BBQ trailer set up and cooking Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for 6 days. Campers will be offered a FREE Cowboy Breakfast each morning.

Children will have full access to a bounce houses, common area to relax and an area to view the eclipse. Port-a-Potty trailers with vanity sinks will be on-site. Plus lots of other surprises as well.

Rules for Checking In

  • Please check in by 10am, or contact us by phone or text. Checkout time is 11am, unless other arrangements are made prior to check in.

  • Pets are allowed as long as they are kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.

  • We ask that you adhere to rules posted on property and respect roped off areas as these are private.

  • We have two houses on property and ask that they have privacy as well.

  • Quiet time is at 10pm unless we have a band playing, and we ask that there be No lights, music, noise after 10pm. (except for generators)

  • We will require every camper and childs parent to sign a no fault liability waiver upon entering my property. Basically stating you are here on your own free will and as an agritourism property the landowner/host holds no liability for your property and/or accidents that may occur during your time on the property

  • We will be requiring a $100.00 Cash Deposit at time of arrival ( this is in addition to you having already Paid in full) This deposit is to be held until time of check out, once your campsite has been verified by staff to be clean and No DUMPING of Waste Water, your deposit will be returned.

  • Please remember this is For Dry Camping Only, we will have no electricity, water, or sewer. You must be self contained. You may of course bring generators.
